Located at 1750m above sea level in the highlands of Panama, the farm benefits from a unique environment that produces complex and aromatic Geisha. We’ve selected their beautiful natural lots, known for their clean, fruit-forward, and floral profiles, offering an outstanding cup.
Process:
The process begins with the collection of the ripe cherries, followed by cleaning and selecting the best ones.
- Next, the coffee is spread on African beds for approximately 15 to 22 days of slow drying. This duration may vary, as the drying process can take up to 30 days during rainy periods.
- Afterward, the coffee undergoes a final step in a dark room, where it remains for another 15 to 22 days
