We’ve selected two outstanding Geshas from the Heroes range, a Lactic and a Natural.
The Lactic one offers a very elegant cup with vibrant citrus notes and high florality. The texture from the lactic process is very pleasant, with a coating mouthfeel and a bright, refreshing acidity.
The "lactic process" refers to the production of lactic acid during the fermentation of coffee cherries. In this process, bacteria and yeast consume the sugary mucilage surrounding the cherries under anaerobic conditions, resulting in the creation of lactic acid. This contributes to a very intense fruit profile with buttery and velvety textures, along with vibrant acidity.
