We find that this brings a fuller body and a more layered, delicate profile. This coffee offers a highly complex cup, with an incredibly elegant floral character and a true evolution from hot to warm to cold. It stays elegant while showcasing all the classic trails of a world-class Gesha.
Process
Janson X coffee drying is an innovative method that combines advanced technology with traditional techniques to dry coffee beans more efficiently than sun-drying. Fresh coffee cherries are sorted, cleaned, and processed, in a controlled drying chamber. This chamber precisely manages temperature, humidity, and airflow, ensuring uniform drying while preserving the beans' flavor and aroma. As a result, the process significantly shortens drying time, reduces weather dependency, and consistently produces high-quality coffee with enhanced sweetness, acidity, and complexity.
