For us, this lot stands as one of the finest representations of Janson’s work and its terroir. It opens with floral, fruity, and perfume-like notes. A complex and elegant cup with richness, a silky body, and the green tea note that recalls Janson’s signature. Perfectly balanced, it lingers with medium acidity and a sweet finish of fresh raspberry and juicy white peach.
