The counterpart of Manzana is finally here! Same variety, same process, but from a different plot. As always with FST, what stands out is the intensity of the flavors. It is super expressive, with floral notes of violet and a touch of bergamot, balanced by the sweetness of guimauve. The finish is long, sweet, and wonderfully complex!
