It’s hard to believe you’re not drinking a Kenyan coffee when the flavor markers are so similar.
When hot, the cup is dominated by blackcurrant, with a slightly jammy character. As it cools, the acidity becomes more pronounced, evolving into a vibrant cranberry note. The finish shifts toward a fresher, more floral expression, with hints of hibiscus and orange.
It’s truly fascinating to taste how SL28 expresses itself in a different terroir.
