It is intensely floral and citrusy, with a beautifully delicate vegetal note in the background.
The texture is silky, slightly buttery.
The medium acidity lifts the cup and highlights that floral, fruity, blackberry-like character, present from hot to cold.
The aromatic layers are crystal clear, direct, and expressive.

Carmen Estate, founded by Efrain and Carmen Franceschi in the lush highlands of Paso Ancho has long been a reference for quality and craftsmanship.
