A beautiful floral and tea-like cup, well-balanced, clean, and expressive.
It opens with juicy clementine, reveals pure jasmine aspects from hot to cold, and finishes on a sweet citrus that reminds us of Meyer lemon.

Finca Auromar sits high in the mountains of Candela, Chiriqui, where forest and coffee grow into one another. Founded in 2006 by Roberto Brenes, the farm was created with the idea of producing exceptional coffee while protecting the surrounding ecosystem. Over the years, its dedication has been recognised at the Best of Panama, earning first place in 2013, 2016, and 2022.

Spread across 30 hectares, half of the land remains wild, covered in tropical trees and cool mist. The rest is planted with Gesha and other beautiful varieties, growing under dense shade from native species and high-altitude avocado trees. This natural canopy keeps the climate steady and the ripening slow, allowing each cherry to fully express the character of its terroir.
