Lot 444 and Lot 446 are two coffees harvested just one day apart, one washed and one natural, with completely different aromatic profiles. The washed one showcases the signature markers of oolong green tea, along with the beautiful vegetal qualities we so admire from Janson, a wonderfully prominent floral note, plenty of citrus, and refreshing brightness. The natural one, on the other hand, presents a strong facet of tropical fruits, a true fruit bomb! It features wild passionfruit acidity, exceptional sweetness, and an incredible piña colada finish.

Wet Process: Natural 48 hrs fermentation
Dry Process: Sun dried on patio & raised beds 14 days
