Terroir is truly a unique café, subtle and elegant, with an extreme refinement and high complexity. Expect the appearance of white tea, both in texture and flavor. It offers a citrusy note supported by very elegant floral tones, such as lily, iris, and jasmine, reminiscent of a delicate perfume.
Process
This is a real traditional classic washed process, with no added external yeast, no pre-fermentation or other steps, just washed and dried perfectly. This is why it is called Terroir.
