This cup delivers distinct, sophisticated flavors, harmonizing enchanting florals like rose, jasmine, and tuberose with a vibrant lemon acidity and ripe white peach notes. We particularly adore how the aftertaste lingers long and pleasantly on the palate.

Process 

Harvested at peak ripeness, the coffee cherries undergo full fermentation in their whole pulp for 30 to 40 hours at Elida, where temperatures range from 13°-15°C at night to 18°-20°C during the day. This meticulous process ensures that the mucilage imparts maximum flavor precursors to the beans before they are pulped, washed, and dried on raised beds for 15 to 20 days.
