We are delighted to present this exceptional limited edition batch, created in collaboration with Motors Coffee, in honor of the WOC Copenhagen 2024.

Expect a cup of pure elegance, incredible complexity, with notes of Earl Grey, bergamot, violet, honeysuckle, and acacia honey. The texture is silky smooth, enhancing the overall experience.

Process

In the classic honey process, cherries are left overnight before being partially pulped the next morning, allowing some of the mucilage to remain on the bean. The beans are then dried on beds for less than 30 days. This meticulous process occurs at the Elida mill at 1,700 masl, ensuring stable temperatures.
