El Socorro, a stunning farm in Guatemala, renowned for its impressive Cup of Excellence rankings.

A beautiful Guatemalan Gesha that embodies our favorite profile with its super delicate, floral, and bright notes.

Process

Cherries are selectively handpicked and delivered to the on-site wet mill. After pulping, the coffee is fermented in hot water, a method Diego uses to quickly remove mucilage and maintain bean density. The parchment is then washed in clean water and spread out to dry on patios and in a greenhouse, with frequent raking to ensure even drying.
