This ASD version of Falda is a beauty. A gentle fermentation adds a creamy layer to the texture and a special dimension to the acidity, while still remaining deeply floral.
The cup opens on honeysuckle and elegant black tea. We mention Earl Grey because it also reminded us of bergamot, with its lavender-like floral facet and zesty citrus character. Bright notes of orange bring a refreshing lift to the profile, enhancing its vibrancy and clarity. A soft hint of vanilla on the aftertaste rounds it out, and the jasmine finish lingers long, delicate, and bright.

Process
Washed anaerobically fermented for one day in a stainless steel rotating tank, and then dried in raised beds.
