For this very first collaboration with our friends at Tiba, we wanted to showcase something truly special. We’ve selected an outstanding lot from Abu, a coffee that perfectly represents the profiles we love clean, floral, and complex.
This coffee stands out for its refined floral notes, balanced sweetness, and elegant complexity, making it a great match for those who appreciate a bright and expressive cup.
Process:
The cherries are hand collected at the optimum maturation point and then hand selected. Then we apply the anaerobic process where the coffee cherries are pulped and "dry fermented" for 24 hours before being fully hand-washed with mountain spring water. Once the coffee has been fully washed, it is dried on raised beds for 15 days.
