Dry fermentation also reduces the impact of waste water on \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003ethe surrounding environment. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eAfter the fermentation process the coffee is fully washed and laid to rest on raised drying beds.
