Grind size: Coarse - Ultra coarse

Brew time: 2:15 - 2:30

 

Rinse the filter paper

For each pour, start with a circular motion for the first 80g and finish with a central pour for the last 20g

0:00 : Add 100g of water in about 10s

1:30 : Add 100g of water in about 10s (up to 200g)
